Chiara Carlini

Chiara is Deputy Director of Startup & Challenge Programmes at PUBLIC, where she runs a number of challenge programmes helping Government departments source and deploy new technology. Chiara joined PUBLIC in 2018 and she spent most of her time at PUBLIC running GovStart, PUBLIC's accelerator programme. Prior to joining PUBLIC, she worked for Hatch Enterprise, an organisation helping get social enterprises and charities off the ground and while at university she joined an early stage GovTech startup in the welfare space. Chiara holds the Investment Management Certificate from CFA UK.
