Managing Director
Ryan is a Managing Director at PUBLIC. Previously Ryan led the Transformation function, which uses PUBLIC’s GovTech market intelligence to advise government on technology strategy and investment decisions. Ryan has led advisory engagements with NHSX and Ofgem. On the Ventures side, Ryan spans both deals and operations, having served as the interim CEO of Microtest (Eva) Health, a PUBLIC venture in the Electronic Health Records space. Prior to joining PUBLIC, Ryan spent five years in Washington, DC working for the Strategy and Operations practice of Deloitte Consulting, focusing on technology strategy and transformations across both public sector and financial services.
