Julie Michlal

Julie is a Senior Associate working within PUBLIC’s Data & AI team. She works primarily as a delivery manager advising government clients on their digital and data transformation strategies, as well as on technical builds to integrate data and drive innovation. She is passionate about the governance and application of responsible AI in the public sector, and leads thought leadership exploring permissible applications of AI in government.

Prior to joining PUBLIC, Julie worked in programme management within the human rights sector and completed her master’s degree in global governance and technology policy at the University of Oxford.
